  18.     WinArj95 is a Windows-Shell for ARJ ARCHIVER, WinArj95
  19.     version 2.95, is a 32 bit program,  written in VB4-32, 
  20.     and therefor neets VB40032.dll  as a  runtime library.
  21.     If you don't have this DLL, it is available from  most
  22.     online systems.
